By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any NCX product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Products.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the NCX website or purchasing our Products, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • You will not place fraudulent, speculative, or false orders.

NCX reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all NCX Products. However:

  • Product details may contain minor typographical or technical errors.

  • Performance figures are based on internal testing and may vary depending on system configuration.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

  • NCX may discontinue or modify Products at any time.

If a purchased Product does not match the description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policy.

4. ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when:

  1. NCX confirms the order via email, and

  2. Payment is successfully received via email.

NCX may refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Payment failure

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Unexpected stock issues

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

If payment has been collected for an unfulfilled or cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

The following payment rules apply:

Payment Requirement

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • NCX will not confirm, reserve, or dispatch any order until successful payment is received.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods include LC, bank transfers, or any other method listed at invoice.

Payment Verification

NCX may request additional verification or documentation for high-value or suspicious orders.
Orders will only be processed after verification is completed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only. NCX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier issues

  • Inaccurate delivery information

  • Natural or geopolitical disruptions

7. WARRANTY

NCX Products include a limited warranty, details of which are provided on our Warranty Policy page.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Physical damage

  • Misuse or improper installation

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs

  • Products damaged due to inadequate cooling or incompatible systems

  • Normal wear of NAND flash memory

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • Product must be returned within the allowed return window stated in our Warranty/Return Policy

  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories

  • No damage, misuse, or alteration

  • Serial number and warranty labels intact

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The product shows non-factory damage

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • The product was used beyond normal evaluation

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless NCX made an error.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • NCX’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question

  • NCX is not responsible for data loss, system corruption, or compatibility issues

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. In such cases, NCX’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

10. SOFTWARE

Any firmware or software provided with NCX Products is licensed, not sold.
Use of NCX software is subject to the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA).

11. EXPORT & COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations.
NCX Products must not be used in violation of embargoes, sanctions, or restricted jurisdictions.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the NCX website—including logos, trademarks, product names, images, and text—is owned by NCX and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute NCX content without written permission.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the website and purchase of Products is subject to the NCX Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect personal data.

By using the website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by:

Disputes will be resolved through:

NCX is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
